Hongrui Import and Export co***ny limited is professional in producing die casting aluminum parts and zinc alloy die casting part ¨Craw parts and machined parts. The products are used on electric machine,lighting decoration,3c industry,electrical appliances ,cars,furniture and other equipments.
Our factory build up in 2010 ,although a little young ,it developed very fast and stable under solid supports from different parts of the earth. We have some departments, including design department, die-casting department, processing department and so on. The engineer and technician all have professional workmanship. The quantity of production workers can be reach to two hundred. Our equipments are advanced, and some kinds of the equipments are complete. The mold department has three CNC lathes, the bed, the drilling machine, the milling machine, the computer gong, the ***rk machine, the line cutter and so on.
The compression casting department has 3 produced coldly and hot cell die-casting machines from Taiwan that respectively are 630 ton, 400 ton, 350 ton, 280 ton,200 ton. And also we have 2 Magnesium alloy die-casting machines that respectively are 160 ton, 280 ton,400 ton.
Quality control department has a Coordinate Measuring Machine , more than one hundred other gauge instruments. Our co***ny is strong in technology and has excellent ability of research development. We can produce best quality products according to the customers' demands.
